Reading International (2017)

Reading International is an arts organisation promoting and commissioning major exhibitions and public art events in Reading. Mirroring the wide range of creative voices that RI platforms, the visual identity for the programme is a constantly expanding palette of typographic voices, linked by a vivid orange drawn from Reading’s industrial past. Printed and digital materials use these voices flexibly and expressively; the expansive website features intuitive browsing of the full programme of events, an archive of printed matter, and a simple online shop. RI's outspoken personality filters into the interactivity of the site, which uses a range of randomly assigned type styles throughout, changing each time the visitor reloads the page.
