The website for YA novelist Leo Hunt embraced the irreverent personality that runs throughout his books. Elegant typography, referencing the printed page, is shot through with disruptive hover states, where the author breaks the fourth wall with witty asides and contextual images.

Purdy is the creative practice of designer Seán Purdy, working with a network of collaborators across a range of disciplines including , , , and . Seán has over a decade of experience, including 11 years at Barnbrook, where he became Senior Designer.

Seán is an autodidact with a history degree: this academic background informs his approach, which is built around research, immersion, and a collaborative, client-focused process. His work is concept-led with an emphasis on typography.
